May I know why you do want to turn off the DHCP on the wireless router mode?
Since till now, we do not have the plan to add the option to turn off the DHCP yet.

@TP-Link We already have a firewall that is a DHCP for admin LAN, VPN and other VLANs (here we have the Decos). So we don't want or need DHCP on the Deko, but we still want to be able to use QoS, Antivirus and Parental Control on the several different wireless Deco LANs as they have somewhat different purposes.
I agree, some of us have our own network setup and services.
Having it enabled by default is fine for regular consumers, but there are those who simply don't need or want it.
