Side Panel ON/OFF Switch withou any Press Button one for Wi-fi

I got one Router Device of Model TL -MR 3420 via online purchase in India, I found that in the Side Panel near USB Port ON/OFF mode of Wi-fi without any Press type Button. Is this device is correct one and How Can I make ON/OFF mode without Button type switch not available one?
I found that the Side panel Image also in the TP-link website showing that there is no Button one! Please guide me in this regard
