Model: Adapter

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 3.0.0 Build 170919 Rel.21648

No device is getting connected to router via wireless.But when connected to LAN,it is getting connected.

My TP-Link router is TP-LINK_A3199E and firmware version is 3.0.0 Build 170919 Rel.21648

May I know the model number of your TP-Link device?

Would there be any error message when they failed to connect the WiFi?
