Almost since the day I setup my AX6000 I've noticed that the daily logs that are emailed to me contain a few entries (mainly Dynamic DNS and UPnP entries).  In addition, following these current entries, the remainder of the file contains entries, all dated approximately 4 months ago - the same date each time - midnight, the same time that the logs are set to be emailed.

 

This repeating block seems identical, with the entries starting shortly after 00:00:00 except that they very slightly in the number of seconds after midnight of the entries. (ie. 00:00:33 or 00:00:31).

 

Given that the seconds are changing slightly, I'm guessing that the repeating block may be real and it's just the date that's messed up somehow. The date is always 2020-07-14.

 

The TP-Link online logs contents are identical to the the mailed logs.

 

I hope that I've made this understandable. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?  What should/can I do to fix this?

Hello, from what you've described, it seems that the AX6000 was rebooting during midnight, when the router reboots the system time will show the firmware build time until the router connects to the internet fine.

@Kevin_Z , thanks for the suggestion.

 

I was wondering about that as well when I was typing my first post.

 

It doesn't look that way from the settings.  I have "Reboot Scheduled" for once a week at 3:00am.  If it's booting at midnight, it's doing it on it's own.
