Hi, the video is blink and there is only a white page in the middle.
Maybe you could try to send it to my email address, which I have provided via private message;
Thank you very much.

I have the exact same issue. The LED sequence is "solid yellow, solid red, off, solid yellow, off", then repeating, seems a boot loop. The reset button doesn't work, no matter a short press for 1s, or a long press for more than 5s.
I bought it from Costco for a set of 3, 2 worked perfectly. Only one is having this issue. And I didn't know when this issue started, and for what reason.
I don't want to send the whole set back to Costco, since I don't want to reconfigure everything. Is there any way I can get a replacement for just this one piece? It's a HW v2.
Thanks.

Hi, thank you very much for your kind details.
After checking with the engineers, there might be something wrong with this unit.
It is recommended to contact the local support team to claim for warranty service.

I have exactly the same problem, one of the three pcs have an issue :
Start with long yellow (30sec)
turn to long red (25sec)
turn back to long yellow (15sec)
Restart
and again!
I tried to make a firmware recovery, using this link https://www.tp-link.com/ca/support/faq/2958/
When connecting the device to the PC using Ethernet cable, no reaction: Ethernet port disconnected.
Can you help please?
Thank you
