Deco M5 Unable to register and unable to update antivirus
Need help, I recently bought a Deco M5 and I am encountering 2 issues:
1. Unable to update Antivirus, it always says "Security database is up-to-date as of Jan 1, 2018,8:28 AM."
2. Unable to register to TP-Link at https://myproducts.tp-link.com/product. It says "Serial number cannot be found..."
Please advise how to fix it.
