Hi,

 

I purchased a new Deco M5 set of 3. When i was going through the setup I upgraded the firmware on the three devices. However one of the unit crashed during the firmare upgrade and is now frozen. I have reboot a number of times, and did a reset using the small button on the bottom with no success. The unit starts to boot with a yellow light, but never goes beyond that, the light stays yellow and the unit cannot be found on the App. 


Would you have a process to re-install the firmware software via an ethernet cable or similar?
