I bought the aformentioned switch (tl-sg1008d), and I want to make an internal network using it, I don't know how to reach the device to configure it!

1) I think I need the ip address of the device (It's not included with the switch, can't find it anywher).

2) do I need specific configuration for my PC's NIC?

Hey I am not familiar with this specific switch but checking the manual for you this appears to be an un-managed swich, namely it does not have an GUI or IP address for you to access. The switch is literally just a hardware device for directing traffic out ports. What are you looking to configure?
