Managed to install but had a problem and now the LED is RED
Good day,
May I know who is your internet service provider?
What internet connection type did you use, dynamic IP or PPPoE?
Have you tried to reboot the modem, or power off the modem for a while when the main Deco is red?
Could you please test the modem with a wired computer to make sure the modem is all working properly?

@TP-Link internet provider is virgin.
I don't have a computer! I use iPad and iPhone only.
