I bought it before 3 months and it was working good and suddenly i lost my internet connection despite i still have a connection in the main router

Good day,

Could you please help me confirm the following information:

Did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz still lit up on the RE200？
Would rebooting the RE200 and home router fix the issue?
Have you tried to reset the RE200 and set it up again with the router? Did it help?
What is the modem number of your home router, by the way?
