Firmware Version: 1.4.2 Build 20200725 Rel. 65637

Hello,

 

I have my LAN set to 192.168.1.0/24 with the Deco at 192.168.1.1

 

Every once in a while, seemingly randomly, all my stuff on my network breaks that has static IPs and when I go to check, the Deco network LAN range is now suddenly 192.168.4.0/24 

 

I set it back, then things are fixed until it randomly breaks again.

 

Can someone explain why this happens and how to stop it? Thanks.

Having the same issue and there's other posts about it here. Do you have a custom set DNS server by chance? Or do you "obtain DNS automatically". I think that has a lot to do with it.

 

Either way this has been a problem for over a year...
