Hello, have you tried to reset the WR940N to the factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch? If not yet, please give it a go.

When you found the "Enable Wireless Router Radio" is automatically unchecked, how about the Wi-Fi LED on the front of the router, is it still flashing? Is there a Wi-Fi on/off switch on the WR940N? You may try to press it and see how it goes.

I reset and restore factory default several time but unfortunately same problem I faced. LED is only one which shows WAN connection "BLUE solid" , " Blues Blinking WPS" while the Orang is on startup and no "WAN". WR940N don't have Wi-Fi enable/disable button.

@Bagus1308

Thanks for asking.

So the current issue is that the router will lose the signal, may I know how did you make it work again?

What are the LEDs status of the TL-WR940N at that time? How many devices are connected to the TL-WR940N wireless network? Are they losing the internet at the same time or randomly?

Have you ever tried to change some wireless settings yet? Including wireless channel and channel width. For example, change the channel to 1, 6, or 11, channel width to 20Mhz.

Besides, you can try to hard reset the router to give it a go as well.

There is the guidance you can refer to narrow down the issue:

@Kevin_depok

membuatnya berfungsi kembali dengan menekan tombol daya lagi, itu merepotkan

status led berwarna biru, 7 perangkat terhubung, kehilangan sinyal pada saat bersamaan

I also changed the wireless channel and channel width but it didn't work

I've also done a hard reset but all in vain

When they lose the internet access, are they still connected to the network? Is there still an IP address on the devices? Try to ping the gateway of the WR940N when there is a valid IP address while no internet, then show me the result:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/425/

Check if there is still a WAN IP address on the WR940N when there is no internet on the 7 clients, show me the screenshot as well. If there is still WAN IP address, try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, then reboot the router and reconnect to the network.

BTW, who is your ISP? Ensure you have a stable connection from the ISP modem, you can connect a computer to the ISP modem for a day to test it.
