I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro and I just cannot get it to connect to my wifi 2.4 GHz. I put the deco x20 close to the doorbell as possible. I am almost successful until 'the voice" tells me I have a poor internet connection. This is just not the case. Everything else in the house is connecting just fine.

Sorry for the delay.

Have you tried to turn off the fast roaming, beamforming on the Deco APP to have a look?

If possible, please also try to enable the guest network for 2.4ghz only and check whether the ring video doorbell could be connected or not.
