Deco M9 Pro - network is not coming online after power outage
Hello
I have 5 Deco M9 Plus connected to a ISP modem.
All working fine but after power outages - the the network is not coming back.
I tried to reproduce that and it is consistent.
In order to resolve that I keep all units OFF but the main one.
After about 20 minutes the main router is online and only after that I can connect the rest of the M9 Mesh routers.
I have about 55 Wifi clients that connect to the network.
What could be the problem and how can I remove it ?

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
We would like to follow up on your case by email and please have a check of your email box later.
At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:
- Who is your internet service provider and What is the model number of your ISP modem?
- What kind of internet connection type did you use, dynamic IP, PPPoE or something else?
- Before you had the Deco, did the issue still exist?
- How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?
- ‘’In order to resolve that I keep all units OFF but the main one.’’ Did you mean if only main Deco Is connected to the modem, the others all powered off, it would be automatically recovered after the power outage?
Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.

Hi here is the feedback:
- Who is your internet service provider and What is the model number of your ISP modem? ,Im from Israel and my ISP provider is HOT.NET. Modem is set to work as a router. I can switch it to MODEM mode also if needed.
- What kind of internet connection type did you use, dynamic IP, PPPoE or something else? Dynamic IP
- Before you had the Deco, did the issue still exist? No, If I keep WIFI of original router/modem from the ISP - all stable.
- How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start? I have Deco Mesh for 4 month and this issue was from the begging, I just did the same procudure over again and again and it worked. But we are going to travel inside the country and I cant have this issue back if there is any power-outage.
- ‘’In order to resolve that I keep all units OFF but the main one.’’ Did you mean if only main Deco Is connected to the modem, the others all powered off, it would be automatically recovered after the power outage? - > Correct.
Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.
