@BalicaAdrian

Hello, thanks for reporting the issue to the community, can I have more details then our engineers can try to investigate further?
1. Do you mean both the wired and wireless clients are disconnecting from the internet? How about the internet LED on the C6, is it orange or green?
2. How many devices are connected to the C6? Are all experiencing the same dropout or just some special or old clients? When they got disconnected, is the wireless network of the Archer C6 still broadcasting or the wireless network is no longer available on all other devices as well?
If the devices are still connected to the 2.4GHz/5GHz network but no internet access, please confirm if the devices can still get a correct IP address from C6, what is the IP address? Can you ping the C6 gateway and internet?
If the devices disconnected from the 2.4GHz/5GHz and cannot connect back, what is the error message?
3. How did you recover the connection, do you need to reboot the C6, or disable/enable the 2.4GHz wireless on the C6, or just wait and it will reconnect automatically?

4. Who is your ISP? When the C6 lost the internet connection, please login to its web interface and confirm if there is still a WAN IP address, what is it?

Thank you very much for your patience~
