Hi everyone,

 

Pls help me. I have a TP-Link C6 archer wifi router, and the mgmt didn't work on my windows10 notebook, with any browser, and on my android phone.

The GUI work only my ipad. I try some browser on the win10 notebook, explorer,edge,firefox,chrome, and in private mode, but it doesn't work. 

The firmware is up to date. I try the mgmt on GUI, with wired and wireless. I try add my computer an static IP address, and it still doesn't work. Can you help me in?

Are both the windows10 notebook and the android phone are connected to the C6 wireless network successfully and you can access the internet fine? You may check the below if there is anything may help with it:

Hello Kevin, Thanks a lot for your help. The devices are connected to the C6 router SSID, and the internet works fine.

I try with other operation system, Ubuntu linux in my virtual environment, and the GUI works, slow ... very slow the loading page, but it works.

I don't know what happened. I try to reset my router to factory defaults, but the GUI didnt't work too.

Is there any anti-virus or firewall on the Windows 10 notebook? Furthermore, can you access the C6 via Tether app on the phone?
