Delco M9 Connection issues

Model: Deco M9 Plus

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.4.3

I have a M9Plus netwok installed in my house. On several different wireless connections, about 1 in 10 pings drop regardless of the distiance to the router. If I plug directly into a a satellite or to my old wifi network, I do not have the issue. I even purchased a TP-Link T3U to see if it would address the issue and it did not.

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Have you tried to disable the fast roaming on the Deco APP, and please also turn off the Mesh technology on the mobile devices to see if that helped?

And did this issue exist when there is only main Deco plugged in?
