Hi,

I've just purchased a 3 unit Deco M5 set.

I already have an Archer VR400 as I am on VDSL.

Before I set up the M5's I assume I have to turn off WiFi on the VR400? I can then just go ahead with the install as per the Deco app?

I also want to use all the Deco features (Inc Homecare) so do I need to change anything else on the VR400?

Thanks!

@Bob_Double

Good day,

Thanks for your patience.

to avoid double NAT, you could set up the Archer VR400 as DSL bridge modem.

(please go to advanced>network>internet>internet connection type>bridge.)

And if you used to set up PPPoE connection on the VR400, now you might need to set it up on the Deco.

Thank you very much!
