Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have 600/25 from comcast and when I run speed tests in the Deco app, it consistently gets 450-500 down and 20-25 up.Perfect. However, any device connected via wifi, including  those with 802.11AC, using both 2.4 and 5ghz can never get more than 100-130. I tried standing close, far, isolating to each of three decos, iphones, laptops, ipads, etc, but the Deco cannot seem to output more than 100-130mbs

@yossi99 Hi. I am facing exactly the same issue. M5 deco connected to the router gets - 200+ Mbps but other decos connected to the main barely gets 50.

@yossi99

Hi, sorry for the delay.

 Could you please help me check the following information:

1. How are you 4 Decos connected to each other, wirelessly or via Ethernet cables?

2. If only main Deco left, how much speed you could get from both wireless connection and Ethernet connection?

3. How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?

4. please make sure the QoS and parental control, antivirus has been disabled already;

If possible, have you considered changing another Deco as the main unit to have a look:

Thank you very much.

and Nice to see you, @RaviS! I have reply to you on another post and please have a look.
