Can TP-LINK refuse to honor warranty?
TP-LINK refuses that I send back my USB hub to Jakarta for repair/replacement. It is still under warranty. They demand I go through the seller. But the seller (on Tokopedia) does not react to my messages. Possibly the shop does not exist anymore.
Can anyone advise me if the refusal of TP-LINK to honor their warranty is legal?
