Extender switched off within a minute when switched on

I set up my extender and it was working fine for the first day. When I started using it next day, it is switched off within a minute when it is plugged in. All led lights turning off. I tried with plugging in directly, which was the case earlier and with the help of adaptor...result is no better...switching off as soon as all lights are turned on..
