I have a set up with 3 Decos M5, the one of the Deco restarts frequently, for a few minutes (4-5 minutes) the light turns yellow, then for a few seconds red and then green. The other 2 Decos have no problems. The main Deco is connected to my router and the other 2 to the same switch, a new TP Link switch.
Hi, could you please help me check the following information:
1. How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?
2. was there any change that possibly caused this issue, like a firmware update?
3. if you swap the location of the two satellite Decos, would this one still keep restarting?
---if yes, could you please try to reset this Deco to see if the issue still existed?
