Is this Deco blinking blue?
And are you able to run a cable between this satellite Deco to the main Deco to have a look?—after setup, the cable could be disconnected.
What would be the error message when failed to find this Deco?

Blue is blinking, and I am tried to connect them with cable and nothing changed, first it can't be fined, and then the app suggests to find device via Bluetooth, it can be found with Bluetooth and then stuck on a connection stage, and everything starting again.
