Hello, do you want to limit the bandwidth that each user connected to the MR6400? If this is what you are asking for, we are sorry to say that the MR6400 doesn't support that.

May I know which 4G router can support this function? I would like to also limit the total data download, not just bandwidth.

Are you referring to the speed/data limit feature on the 4G router? As far as I know, only the Mi-Fi router supports that kind of feature, such as the latest firmware of the M7350 V5, which is called speed limit function, and it can be configured via the tpMiFi App.
While as for the MR6400, we will record this kind of feature request, then feedback to the R&D, ask them to evaluate the feasibility, thanks a lot.
