Hi - when can we expect the patch for hardware version 3 firmware for the router to stop allowing TKIP connection in WPA2 AES mode? I understand this has already been applied for v1/2, now v3 is still unpatched. I cannot use the product, as I consider it faulty while encryption can be easily bypassed. If this is no resolved soon I have to return it.

Hi, this issue would be solved soon.

And there would be a beta firmware to fix the weak security.

But since we did not get the exact date for the beta firmware, if it is near the deadline of the return window, you could return it and get a RE650 instead.
