Model: Archer C4000
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20191026 rel.13901

My Router loses configuration randomly. Router goes back to factory defaults; however, the password is changed.  Once it loses the configuration (WIFI ID), the router password is changed; also I noticed that it will not ask for username, only password.  I have to do a reset and re-configure the modem... I bought it from COSTCO brand new.

@RobCas

Do you mean the router will restore to factory settings automatically? Was there any special operation or activity causing this auto-reset that you can notice?

Even by resetting it manually by pressing and holding the reset button doesn't help? If that is the case, we recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement.
