My home wifi is BT Infinity maximum speeds I get is 50 Mbps,is TP-Link AC600 USB dongle enough or should I get the AC1300?

I think an AC600 is enough as per the bandwidth you are subscribed to BT Infinity. AC600 means the adapter can negotiate with 200 Mpbs on 2.4GHz band and 433 Mbps on 5GHz band, while there will be a difference between the negotiation speed and the actual speed you can get, check this for details.
