Model: RE300  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.06 build 20201116 Rel 35992

I used RE300 to connect Archer AX20 but I found it cannot find 5G SSID when setup. After setup, the 5G connection is showed but the 5G light is off and unable to use 5G network. Would you help on how to fix it.

Please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Change the wireless channel on the Archer AX20 to be channel 36/48 for 5ghz, 40mhz for channel width;

This page finally helped. I was chatting with TPLink Live chat agents and they have no clue. Wasted 30 mins of my time which could have been spent on the community search instead
