Hi, I am trying to set up my Deco M9 Plus mesh system. The internet in the house is fine and working. I can follow the app and all appears fine until the very last step when it tells me there is no internet connection. 
It is on a PPoE connection and the username/password have been entered correctly. 
Any ideas? Help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi, please refer to the following suggestions:

1. just in case, please double check the username and password with ISP;

2. then disconnect the Deco for a little bit and connect the computer to the modem directly;

3. set up the PPPoE connection on the PC, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/921/

4. if PC worked perfectly, please connect the Deco back and set up the PPPoE again;

5.if no internet, reboot the modem and Deco, then do the MAC clone on the Deco, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2925/
