Hi,

 

I have been using this for the past 4 months. It's all working fine. Suddenly, I'm unable to find my network. Please help

May I know what is the current Windows version of the computer, 1909, or 2004? You may verify it as below:

Were you unable to detect any wireless signal or just your own one?


What is the model number of your wireless router? It is suggested changing the router's 2.4GHz band channel to 1/6/11, channel width to be 20MHz to check again.


Try to update the following driver if none of the above helps:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200601/00015960-RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.38.0712.2019_Drv_3.00.0032.L.zip

I'm using Windows 10. I'm able to see other networks but not own one.

The router is D-Link DIR-841

Both the router's bandwidth and adapter's bandwidth are set to 20-40 MHz.

Please refer to my previous suggestions to reinstall the driver, confirm your D-Link DIR-841 is still broadcasting the signal and other devices in your network can connect to it.
