Hello

The title says it all really.   Had some difficulty setting up but eventually managed it.   Moved the range extender to the spare roon and was able to connect iPhone with the same password as the router.    

But trying to connect the laptop fails.   Tried another laptop and have the same problem

All the lights on the Extender are lit as they should be.

Why does the phone connect and the laptop doesn't?   What is the fix?
