HP laptop not connecting to Archer VR600 unless I reboot router
Hello all,
I am using VR600 V2 in one of the rooms, I am facing a phenomena where I have no problem connecting to the routherthrough my mobile or tablet but it wont connect through my HP laptop unless I reboot the router adn reboot the wifi adapter in the laptop, it apears the router is not providing an IP for the laptop to connect to,
I have tried this with 3 different HP laptops and same negative result.
any idea what needs to be configured differently in the router or with the HP laptop? (HP Elitebook 850G5 / WIn10)
appreciate your support

Only HP laptops have this issue, other devices like phones, tablets, etc. are fine ? What are you wireless settings in the VR600 ? - channel width, channel number, security, encryption type, etc. - don't publish any personal passwords if you're posting screenshots.

So, if you reboot the router and the laptop wireless adapter, it can connect successfully ? What is the laptop wi-fi card model ?
I see that you have the initial version of the VR600 FW. Try to upgrade the FW to the latest one and see if that helps.
