Very slow speeds from extender

Model: Adapter

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 201022

I am getting significantly lower speeds when connecting to the RE220 v2. See attached folder for screenshots

Good day,

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. Please enabled the high speed mode on the RE220, 5ghz to router, 2.4ghz to the end devices;

2. by the way, how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

3. if possible, please try to change the wireless channel on the main router to be channel 48 for 5ghz;
