Can't seem register my Deco M4R Ver 2.8. I've input the serial number and it won't recognize it. I was able to successfully register my TP-Link AX6000. i'm puzzled.

Please send me a private message about the SN number on the Deco and a copy of the purchasing receipt about the Deco.
PS: for the KIT products, please do remember to the KIT SN on the box, instead of the single SN for each Deco.

It keeps saying SN can't be found

Exactly the same issue. I can only see a US registration page please point me in the right direction.

The warranty registration is only required for US users.
And for other regions, you might just need to keep well the receipt as well as the original box for future warranty requirement.

Hi, thanks for your patience.
The SN number for registration, please replace the A/B/C to X for the KIT SN, such as 22082V6X……;
As for your current issue on the Deco M4, would you please record a video clip about the loop process?
By the way, may I know how long have you had the Deco units?
