Devices find the extender but do not recognise the router password?

Hi,

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. Did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights lit up?

2.Did you set up RE220 via WPS button, or web interface, Tether APP?

3. Did you try to say, after setup. You could not connect to the extender via the wireless password of the home router?
