Something happened and I lost access to my RE650 extender today.  The password I setup for access (beyond original "admin" pass) no longer worked and it was also asking for an email address which previously did not.  I assume there was some kind of software update?  so i did an equipment hard reset.  i wanted to update the firmware but do not see a firmware update option listed under the system menu.  What am i missing here.  My technical skills are just adequate to figure out all the basics but not much more.
