Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

We all know that your adaptor will not work on Big Sur and that there are unofficial fixes available on github.

But we need an official one that does not need SIP disabled on our Macs.  This is because just about every Mac supplied by big organisations to their employees/students have password protected the recovery boot, so we cannot disable SIP.

Currently my adaptor that I paid good money for, cannot be used.

,

When will tp-link release their Big Sur driver??

@Peegee

Apologies again that this takes long. Currently, the only alternative is to roll back your macOS or using it without SIP enabled.

Our dev is working with the chipset manufacturer to try and come out with a driver for Mac Big Sur as soon as possible, we hope you could wait.
