Hello,

I have paired the RE300 with my router and when I try to connect any devices to the extender wifi I get a message "incorrect password".

I have reset the extender and paired again but still get the same issue.

Any ideas please?

Hi,

May I know the model number of your home router?

Did you set up the RE300 via WPS button?

--if yes, please refer to this link to set up the RE300 via Tether APP:

May I know the model number of your home router?

Did you set up the RE300 via WPS button?

Hello, Yes, I used the WPS button. I tried with tether as per the link you sent and I can now connect devices to the range extender. Thank you very much. Regards John
