Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hi, I've installed my Archer T4U v3 AC1300 on a Raspberry Pi2 and also a Windows 7 box.

However, I'm only seeing the 5GHz channel, which works fine on both boxes.

Should the 2.4GHz channel be working simultaneously?

If so, what do I need to do to get it working, or do I have a bed adapter?

Thanks for any info.

I don't think it can connect to the 2.4G and 5G at the same time, it either connects to 5G or 2.4G.

Thanks, that does appear to be the case. I now have 2 dongles installed - one 2.4G and one dual band 5G. So far, so good...
