Hi,

 

I have 2 units on ground floor and 1 on top floor. I am getting really bad speeds everywhere in my house. I have 500/500 Mbit/s from my ISP.

 

Speedtest in Deco app says 650/650 Mbit/s and while testing on PC and phone using Speedtest.net it shows 130/80 Mbit/s.

 

Any ideas? I have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and FW is updated. QoS is set to unlimited.

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

For your case, please help us check the following information：

1. Are you able to test the Ethernet speed from the main Deco, satellite Decos separately to see where the problem is?

2. How long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?

3. How far away between each Decos?---it would be highly appreciated that you could provide a detailed diagram about how they are connected to each other and the distance in between.
