Hi,


several time during the week, 1 of my 3 deco p7 lose the connectivity with the other devices (Wi-Fi).

Sometimes after a while itself successfully reconnect to the Wi-Fi network sometimes I have to reboot it.

 

I have found this error (repeated a lot of times) in the log:

 

daemon.err /usr/bin/apsd: apsd_get_gw_mac_from_arp:928: Error: ioctl

 

could you help me to fix this problem?

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

For your case, could you please help me check the following information:

1. How long have you had the Deco P7 and when did this issue start?

2.Would the Deco turn red when it is connected from the main Deco?

3. Could you please swap the location of this one to another satellite Deco to see if the issue still existed?

4.Have you tried to reset this one and set it up again to see if that helped?

1- one year (I don't know exactly when the issue start because it's installed in my parents home)

 

2-no

 

3- yes I try to swap it

 

4- yes, I reset all the Wi-Fi device and I have setup again my network. Still persist

Good day,

Thank you very much for your kind reply.

For this specific Deco, when it is disconnected, would you notice it is offline on the Deco APP?

Are you able to connect this satellite Deco via Ethernet cable to the main Deco, or another satellite Deco to see if the issue persisted?

By the way, did all the mobile devices connect to this one have the instability issue?

--if yes, I am afraid later you might need to contact the shop retailer to get this Deco replaced.

ok, the problem it just occurred again right now. The led is turning in red.

 

do you have a contact for open a sr and change the device in warranty?
