802.11ax only mode doesn't work on RE505X

I have set "802.11ax only" mode on my RE505X in Access Point mode. But more older 802.11ac devices still connect to the AP.
@TP-Link could you please take a look? It seems we have a bug here.

I connected with 2 devices only to make the situation description as simple as possible. But no, that is not only device.
I have several others AC devices and all of them can connect to the access point while it is in 802.11ax only mode. Nintendo Switch, iPad and several more.
About the mentioned device with mac address 3c:22:fb:09:f6:cc
This is MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) .
With Wi-Fi supported PHY Modes: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac
