Emails work fine on my pc but with both of the latest firmware updates for the deco, emails on my android phone don't update. I have to disconnect from the WiFi and download them on mobile data. Says can't connect to email server on all my emails {5 separate accounts}
Any ideas? Parental controls are all off.

Which email address did you use, Gmail, or Hotmail?
Just to confirm, the same email address on the PC could receive email from the server, but not on the smartphone right？
What are the model number and operating system of the smartphone?
Did it use to work with your old Wi-Fi?
