Parental control profile was set up on the Deco S4, but I see them vanishing from the list.
I found a previous thread which is unanswered (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/103041)
As I don't have an audit log available, I couldn't trace back. Any help?

Did this issue happen every time you created the parental control profile?—it would be highly appreciated that you could record a video clip about this process;
Or are you able to stably reproduce the same issue?
If possible, Could you please also send me a private message about the MAC address of your main Deco?
