To be honest, we only provide the official driver for Linux (kernel 2.6.18 ~ 4.4.6), we don't provide newer versions. While the chipset of the Archer T9UH v1/v2 is RTL8814AU, you may search for the latest driver on the third-party website such as GitHub, then try to install it on your Kali Linux Kernel 5.9.0.
