Hello,

So I can connect to the device and run smooth on my phone but when I try to connect my ps4 I get an error message saying cannot connect to the wifi network within the time limit.. I have great Signal strenght but it still gives me the error

Hi,

What is the model number of your range extender?

--you could have a check of the product label, like RE xxx?

Would the PS4 work well with the Ethernet connection from the extender?

Can I have a picture of the error message when PS4 failed to get connected？

And did you set up the static IP address on the PS4 before?
