Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.4.3

My TV says offline in deco m4 app. It's in router mode. I haven't switched ISP router to bridge mode yet. The TV is wired to ISP router by ethernet. Are wired connections to ISP router supposed to say offline. I get no cast option to the smart TV like I used to. I have a powerline adapter connected to main deco. If I connected the TV to the powerline spare ethernet would cast work again? Or does bridge mode effect it?

Hi,

Please refer to the following recommended suggestions :

1. switch the Deco M4 to access point mode to avoid the double router working as the NAT devices;

2. connect the smart TV to the powerline adapters;
