Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 75286

I have a Mixed Deco setup

3 Deco 1.0 with firmware 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 75286

and 2 Deco 2.0 with firmware 1.4.3 Build 20200921 Rel. 42500

Can't get port forwarding to work at all!

Every single port I try or range of ports gives the same error!  This port is already taken.  Please enter another..

I really wish there was a DMZ but alias only port forwarding which does not work.

@PJIV

Good day,

May I know why did you want to do the port forwarding and would there be any local server?

Can I have a picture of the error message on the APP?

Could you please have a check of the internet IP address under the IPV4 page or could you please check if it is a public IP address?

--you could go to https://whatsmyip.com/ to see if the IP address here is the same as the one under the IPV4;

Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link trying to use Filezilla FTP client to download from a custom server with a specific range of ports.  I have admin access I can change the ports but every port I try to open with the app same thing, see attached photos, well you'll have to trust me, every port or range of ports same error!

Ip4 address is 74.xx.xx.xx the dynamic address set by my I so and matches the what's my address web site

@TP-Link I found it, I had an entry using ports 1-64000 for my Minecraft server.  DMZ not an option so I had to improvise.  I deleted that entry and now it works.  Just needed a fresh set of eyes I guess. Thanks for pointing in the right direction
