USB 4G for TL-WR902AC
Hi to everyone,
I have a problem with trying to connect my TL-WR902AC to an USB 4G. The router does not recognize my Huawei E3372 LTE USB Stick, instead in Amazon web page appears like compatible. I have seen in other posts that you say this USB is not in the list of compatible devices, but in this list does not appear any USB. Do you know which 4G USB could I use for this router?
Thank you very much in advance for your help
Best regards.
Joaquin

Today my Huawei 3372H Stick received.
I was wondering, that I didn't found under Network not the option for an USB Device in the settings.
After check the Diagnose, I saw, that the USB Stick was handled as an eth interface.
I switch the hardware Switch to "Shared Eth" and the Huawei 3372H works with the beta Software without any problems. Thanks a lot.
I didn't have try the Stick with the last released Firmware.
Hint for other user: Configuration of the Stick should be make under Windows/Linux.... e. g. disable Pin

Hello!
I installed the beta. The problem is that the spi firewall cannot be turned on in 3 / 4G mode. I tick the settings, I'm gone, but it turns off again. How can this be solved? Is there a newer firmware version? (TL-MR3020 has received another update and you can turn on the firewall there.)
Thank you very much for your support.

Kevin_Z I can confirm that this solution works. Thank you. But now I have lost the ability to enable 3G / 4G as a backup solution for internet access. Can you implement this option in this beta firmware?
@gabrielo Can I have a screenshot of the 3G /4G backup settings on this beta firmware? How did you test it? Are you unable to enable it or it just doesn't take effect when the WAN connection is down? Be more specific with the issue you are experiencing, then we can check if we can suggest.

The solution from post #22 doesn`t work for me. I tried it with the firmware 0.9.1 0.4 v0089.0 Build 220329 Rel.61109n(4555) and the beta firmware from post #22.
I get always this in the 3G/4G Settings: USB 3G/4G modem: Unknown
USB 3G/4G modem: Unknown
PIN Status: Unknown
Location: Germany
Mobile ISP: Vodafone(Germany)
