Can TP-LINK refuse to honor warranty?

Model: AP300
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version:

TP-LINK refuses that I send back my USB hub to Jakarta for repair/replacement. It is still under warranty. They demand I go through the seller. But the seller does not react to my messages. Possibly the shop does not exist anymore.

Can anyone advise me if the refusal of TP-LINK to honor their warranty is legal? Like can we buy like an https://embroiderymachinebest.com/best-embroidery-machine-for-beginners/ warranty of 25 years?

@Sbaksi

Hello, what is the device model of the USB hub? When did you but it?

Due to the lockdown of the COVID-19, I'm afraid the shop is closed temporarily, you may wait and see if the reseller will respond to you. Or you can contact the local tech support to confirm again, their contact email is support.pk@tp-link.com.
